ProLogic’s end-to-end, state-of-the-art, Integrated Surveillance & Information System (ISIS) delivers sophisticated technology for lawful, person of interest and mass data collection and analysis in a revolutionary way.

The ISIS collects large volumes of communications content and metadata and is equipped with configurable real-time filtering mechanisms for rapid extraction of vital information from all intercepted data. The ISIS turn-key solution does not require switch intercept software and can be customized to support a localized or regional area, or to provide a nation-wide solution.

The ISIS has both subject of interest and mass type of interception capability and can be easily configured to serve the needs of any law enforcement or government agency worldwide.

The ISIS turn-key solution combines real-time mass audio collection and advanced voice biometrics technology to deliver state-of-the-art voice print analytics based target identification.

Focused on analytics, the ISIS provides numerous search and filtering capabilities in addition to an integrated GIS mapping tool to effectively and efficiently support a broad range of investigative requirements and processes.

Finally, ISIS can be complemented through integration of multiple wired and wireless security solutions including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, biometrics, communications, and command and control.

Key Features
  • Subject of Interest and/or mass collection of communications content and data.
  • Subject of Interest identification and content analysis based on voice biometrics and/or metadata.
  • Sophisticated Analysis Tools including voice analytics, GIS mapping and various search and filtering capabilities.
  • Flexible design for localized or area coverage in a centralized or distributed architecture.

The ISIS was developed to meet the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) and Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) audio surveillance requirements for the National and Military Organizations and Law Enforcement Agencies.

The ISIS is a powerful tool allowing for near-real-time monitoring capability of all* the Signal Related Information (SRI) and voice traffic that passes through the monitored communications network. It records all the communication traffic onto a digital archive which gives the system the unique ability to “go back in time” to lawfully listen to calls of interest. Previously unknown associated calls to/from a subject of interest can be retrieved and lawfully monitored.

Example search criteria include, but aren’t limited to:

  • IMSI
  • TMSI
  • Time up/down
  • IMEI
  • Cell Tower ID
  • LAC
  • DTMF
  • Person of Interest

The interface is Java-based. Therefore, it is platform independent and requires no specialized software to be installed on the workstations.
