Ultra Electronics, ProLogic is a subcontractor to Titan (prime) on the NASA Program Software
contract to provide software Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), systems engineering,
reviews, inspections, and audits for NASA flight and ground systems within an ISO-9000 2000
certified Quality Management System. Ultra Electronics, ProLogic will be specifically involved
with the systems relating to the Space Shuttle and Space Station, remote sensing spacecraft,
planetary exploration spacecraft, experimental space transportation vehicles, ground command
and control systems, and NASA financial management systems. Our engineers will evaluate the
compliancy of the systems with system specific, agency, and government requirements and the
capacity of these implementations to achieve mission goals and meet user needs.
